Finland Tax ID Number (TIN) Guide

Introduction

In Finland, Tax Identification Numbers (TINs) are essential for individuals and businesses to comply with tax regulations. For individuals, the TIN is the Finnish Personal Identity Code (PIC), while for businesses and legal entities, it is the Business ID. These identifiers are crucial for tax reporting, identification in official transactions, and ensuring adherence to Finnish tax laws. All information provided here is verified from official sources, including the Finnish Tax Administration (Vero) and other trusted government publications.

Tax Identification Number Types

  • Personal Identity Code (PIC): Applicable to individuals (natural persons).vero.fi
