Cookie Policy

Effective July 14, 2026 · Version 2.0

This policy explains how TaxDo uses cookies and similar technologies on our websites, and how you can control them. Cookies are used on our websites only. They are not used in the Services, and information submitted to the Services is never shared with advertising or analytics providers.

To change your choices at any time, use the Cookie settings link in the footer of any page.

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small files placed on your device when you visit a website. First-party cookies are set by us. Third-party cookies are set by other companies whose services appear on our site. Some are deleted when you close your browser; others remain until they expire or you delete them.

We also use technologies that work in a similar way, such as local storage, session storage, web beacons and pixels, and URL tracking. For the purpose of this policy, those technologies are included in the term “cookies”.

2. Why we use them

To keep the site working and secure, to remember your preferences, to understand how our pages are used so that we can improve them, and to measure our marketing.

3. The categories we use

  • Strictly necessary — required to deliver the site and keep it secure. These are always active and cannot be switched off.
  • Functional — remember your preferences and enable optional features.
  • Analytics — help us understand how the site is used and where visitors run into difficulty.
  • Advertising — measure our marketing and let us show TaxDo content on other sites.

Where the law requires consent, nothing other than a strictly necessary cookie is set until you give it. Where consent is not required, you can opt out at any time using the Cookie settings link in our footer.

Not every category is in use at all times. The cookie settings panel shows the categories in use on your visit.

4. How to control them

We use cookies in accordance with applicable law. Depending on the country or region you are in, we ask for your consent before any cookie other than a strictly necessary one is used, or we give you the option to opt out. Where we ask, you can accept all, reject all, or choose by category, and refusing is as easy as accepting.

You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using the Cookie settings link in our footer. The panel lists each category, what it is used for and the providers involved, and lets you accept all, refuse all, or choose by category.

If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a decision to refuse advertising cookies and to opt out of the sale and sharing of your personal information.

You can also manage cookies through your browser settings, though this works per browser and per device and blocking all cookies may stop parts of the site working. You can opt out of interest-based advertising through the Digital Advertising Alliance, the Digital Advertising Alliance of Canada, and the European Interactive Digital Advertising Alliance.

5. Session analytics

On our public website we use analytics that record general interactions such as clicks, scrolling and mouse movement, so that we can see where pages work and where they do not. These are configured so that text is not captured. They run on our public website only, and never on the parts of our platform where tax identification data is submitted. They are loaded only where you have consented to analytics cookies or, in countries where consent is not required, where you have not opted out.

6. Changes and contact

We update this policy when our use of cookies changes. For any question, write to [email protected], or to TaxDo Inc., 7901 4th St N, St. Petersburg, FL 33702, United States.
